First and foremost, the most coolest addition is WhatsApp view once voice notes/message. In their last update they introduce view once text message but they thought it wise to add this feature to it to help you get more protected on the internet space. This feature is already in built. All you need to do is start a normal voice recording and turn the view once feature on and you’re 💯 protected.
2. Instant video message.
The second feature introduced is video message. With this feature, you don’t need to lunch a video call to have a conversation with your loved ones alone. You can also message them with live videos by recording and sending it to them. To enable this feature go to Settings > Chats > enable instant video messages. After successfully enabling,
Go to any chat. Tap on the voice recorder once It will turn to video recorder
You can access it from there and enjoy more convenient conversations.
3. WhatsApp Channels
The next feature is the WhatsApp Channels. With this WhatsApp new feature you can follow and join your favorite channel by searching for it. They have all genre of channels either football , music, movies and a lot more. To access this great feature go to status apdate > scroll down > you will see a lot of channels you can either follow any of them or search for the ones you find interest in.
4. Creating Personalised Channels
Another mesmerizing feature is Creating your own channels. With this introduce feature one can create his or her own channels and manage it personally.
Note: Before one can access this feature one needs to follow and join 5 channels. After joining the 5 channels one will get access to create ones own channel. Access this feature by clicking on update > click the + sign > channels and create channels. Just as indicated in the image
5. Edit Message
The coolest new feature is editing of text messages. This feature helps you to make corrections after typing a text. The best thing about this feature is even if you wrongly type the text message and send it, you can click on the edit button and correct the mistake and resend it again. Tap on the three dot in any chat after sending a wrongfully typed message and click on edit to correct it.
